Refund and Returns Policy

First contact hello@purpleandblue.in and report the issue. Since we deal with multiple vendors, we will understand and will help in resolving the issue.

At Purple and Blue, we want to make sure you love your order, and if because of the product fabric quality/damage, print quality/damage, and any other reasons provided below you’re not satisfied, we’re here to resolve it for you. As long as you contact us within 7 days(For india) of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution. Please note the orders are exclusively prepared/created/printed for you after the product is ordered, hence Purple and Blue / any of my vendors will not be able to provide the return other than the below provided reasons.

Once the order is eligible to be returned and refunded, the money will be refunded max by 5 to 7 working days.

For any quality issues, damage, wrong size sent, or wrong print, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution. Here we’ve mentioned the cancellation, return, and order update policy. Best Practices For Writing A Support Email to Purple and Blue

Email (hello@purpleandblue.in) is the official channel for customer support. Here are the best practices to follow when writing a support email to Purple and Blue.

  1. Use the email that you used to place your order on the purple and Blue – store.
  2. Mention “Support – {Reason}” within the subject line. For example: “Support – Wrong product size”.
  3. Please provide photos of the product if the issue is of quality, damage, wrong print, and size.
  4. Order id, Images of the bill, Or any Bar code or number stickers in the items
  5. Include your contact number on which you are easily reachable.
  6. Share screenshots of the order tracking page (if possible).
  7. Mention the name of the store and link to the store (if possible).

What cannot be Returned / Refunded?

  1. Wrong size ordered/Wrongly ordered. The products are prepared/created/printed exclusively for you when ordered.
  2. Not delivered due to incorrect address or returned to original location (RTO). In this case we can arrange to re ship it, but the cost of re shipment to be paid to enable us to request for the shipment again. The few vendors may retain RTO may be for 30 days, post that vendors may give away for free to charity.
  3. If Courier company was not able to deliver due to receiver’s unavailability during delivery.
  4. If their package is marked as delivered but they haven’t received it yet. We recommend you enquire, if any additional details were left by the delivery staff/get in touch with the courier company. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.
